Lif: Life In Flow — Privacy Policy

Your routine data stays on your device. Lif is designed with privacy in mind.

Last updated: September 2026

The short version

Lif is designed to keep your routine data on your iPhone. Your daily activity is stored locally, and this version of Lif does not require an account or cloud sync.

What we collect

Lif does not collect or transmit your routine data to a server. Your routine information is stored locally on your iPhone.

What stays on your device

The information you enter or generate while using Lif is saved locally on your iPhone, in a local database (SQLite). This includes:

  • Hydration logs
  • Focus sessions
  • Eye Rest activity
  • Sleep information
  • Progress and history
  • Your settings and reminder preferences

Lif does not upload this information to a server.

Analytics, ads, and tracking

This version of Lif does not include analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking tools (SDKs).

Sharing with third parties

We don't share your routine data with third parties. Lif does not send it to a server, so we don't hold a copy to share.

Notifications

Lif's reminders are scheduled locally by iOS on your device. They don't come from a server, and you can turn them off for any module at any time in the app or in your iPhone's Settings.

Deleting your data

If you delete Lif from your device, its locally stored data is removed from that device. Because Lif does not keep a server copy of your routine history, that locally stored history cannot be recovered by us.

If you contact us

If you email us or use a feedback option that opens your mail app, we'll receive whatever you choose to send, such as your email address and message. We use this information to respond to you and improve Lif. Lif does not send this information automatically.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Lif handles data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a future version adds features such as cloud sync or accounts, we'll explain the relevant data practices here.
